Before you buy

Tell us how many units you manage and whether you prefer an online workspace or Excel and Word files. We can explain the difference and help you choose.

Payment or download help

Tell us the product name, the email used at checkout, payment date and M-Pesa transaction reference if you were charged. Explain what you see on the checkout page. Do not pay again while an earlier payment is unresolved.

After confirmed payment, use the download button on the checkout page. The same private link is sent by email and remains available for 48 hours. Check spam or junk folders. If the link expires or does not arrive, contact support so we can investigate and help restore access after verifying the purchase.

Protect your information

Never send your M-Pesa PIN, password, one-time codes or full identity documents. Redact tenant details from screenshots. Support will not ask you to approve a payment just to investigate a missing download.

To help us understand your question, include the product name and the page or step where you need assistance. Describe what you expected and what happened. For an order query, use the email address associated with the purchase and the order reference if available. Do not send a payment PIN or account password. If a download is missing, check your inbox and spam folder before contacting NyumbaLedger support.
